Things to ask for

You don't need to learn anything. Ask in plain words, in any app you've connected. Here are some ideas to start with.

Ask the way you’d ask a person. Your AI decides where to keep things and notes what each one is for, so the next app knows too.

Remember things

  • “Keep track of my leads. Ada wants a demo; Grace asked about pricing.”
  • “Save this plan so I can pick it up in another app.”
  • “What did I decide about the venue last week?”
  • “Add ‘call the dentist’ to my to-do list.”

Keep files

  • “Save this report as a file.”
  • “Keep these notes somewhere I can open them from ChatGPT later.”
  • “Give me a link to download my notes.”
  • “Go back to yesterday’s version of that file.”

Schedule work

  • “Every weekday at 9, email me a summary of new leads.”
  • “Every morning, check this page and email me if the price dropped.”
  • “Move my Monday summary to 8 a.m.”
  • “Pause the price check while I’m away.”

Listen for things

  • “Give me a link my signup form can send to, and add each signup to my leads.”
  • “Collect the notifications from my online store and tell me about refunds.”
  • “Any new signups since this morning?”

Use your other services

  • “Store my weather service’s API key. I’ll paste it on the page you give me.”
  • “Every morning, get the forecast with that key and save it.”

Your AI never sees a stored key. It’s filled in on our side when the request goes out, and only for the sites you allowed.

Look after your account

  • “What do I have in XOR?”
  • “How much have I spent this month?”
  • “Delete my old test list.” And later: “Bring it back.”
  • “Export my leads.”
